This artwork is a 45 x 45 cm oil painting on stretched canvas. It comes with a hanging wire on its back ready for hanging. Please see the close up photos above. This painting was inspired by the tonalism movement. Using a limited colour palette, the focus is on creating depth and capturing light. I wanted to create a dramatic sky painting which I enjoy painting the most.
